Return and Refund Policy

Meditated Moments products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to our customers.  However, if there is an issue with your order, (i.e. a missing or damaged item), please get in touch with our customer relations department via email, at info@meditatedmoments.com, within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order #, date of purchase, and item # in your email along with a brief explanation or reason for your replacement, return, or refund request.  Someone from our customer relations department will respond to you within 48 hours to assist you with your request.

You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:
•    The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
•    The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
•    The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
•    The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
•    The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.
 

Replacing Damaged or Defective Items
We are not responsible for items that may have been damaged after they have left our facility.  However, if you received an item that was damaged in shipping, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer relations department, via email at info@meditatedmoments.com, for further instructions. Replacements will be considered at the discretion of the company. In some cases, a photo of the damaged item may be requested. We are unable to repair damaged or defective items shipped to our returns center.
Meditated Moments does not charge for shipping a replacement item that was missing or damaged in your order. The Company will send a replacement to You, at no additional charge.

Refunds
A refund may be issued at the discretion of The Company, depending upon the circumstance for the refund request. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods, if applicable, or in compliance with the terms of our return policy.  We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
