Mediated Moments products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to our customers. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., a missing or damaged item), please contact our customer relations department via email at info@meditatedmoments.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order #, date of purchase, and item # in your email, along with a brief explanation or reason for your replacement, return, or refund request. Someone from our customer relations department will respond within 48 hours to assist you with your request.
