Your heart is a strong muscle inside of your body that does a lot of physical work to keep you sustained. And you owe it to yourself to protect it and treat it right. The Bible tells us to guard our hearts with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life. Speaking of life, circumstances in life can throw us a lot of punches and curve balls. Those punches and curve balls can be the death of a loved one,
a failed relationship or stress from a job, or stress from an overwhelming amount of debt. These things can leave your heart in a
vulnerable state. Therefore, when the punches or curve balls are thrown your way this year, your heart needs you to remember to
pause for the cause.
Make a decision this month to let your heart heal from hurt and rest from worry. Why? Because your life depends on it!
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
